Order Processing
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation with the complete order information. Please look over your order to make sure all the information is correct and contact us immediately if any changes need to be made. To check your order status any time after placing your order, please CONTACT US.

Prices
Prices shown on this website are indicated in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, however, these changes will not affect orders already placed.

Product availability
Products sold on this website are in stock and ready to ship within 5 business days. If we run out of a particular item and are unable to send your order within 5 business days, you will be notified immediately with an approximate availability date. We will also offer you the opportunity to modify or cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery
Please note that USPS Priority shipping is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service. If your order is time-sensitive or need to have the order by a certain date, please choose 2nd Day or Next Day shipping method instead. Based on our experience, 90% of USPS Priority shipments have been delivered within 1-3 business days.

All orders placed after the cut-off time, will be shipped out on the following business day.

Delivery Damage
If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please CONTACT US immediately and we’ll remedy the situation.

Return Policy
You MUST notify us in advance before shipping the product back to us by filling out this RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM

Within 15 days, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we'll replace it or refund your money. If the order was processed correctly, but your order needs have changed, you'll just pay the shipping costs and will be refunded the cost of the mouse. If the return is the result of our error, we will refund the shipping cost.
Please return the unused mouse in its original condition and the original box. Visible use or damage to the product or retail packaging may result in only a partial refund.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of your order being placed, provided that we have not begun processing your order.

Tax
Mousenvy.com is located in New Jersey. By law we must charge all of our customers residing in New Jersey a 7% sales tax.

Payments
All credit card transactions are processed through a safe and secure payment gateway, powered by Authorize.net. At no point do we receive or see any of your financial info, such as your credit card details. We receive your order details and your shipping address, and a confirmation of payment from Authorize.net.
