Prices shown on this website are indicated in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, however, these changes will not affect orders already placed.
Product availability
Products sold on this website are in stock and ready to ship within 5 business days. If we run out of a particular item and are unable to send your order within 5 business days, you will be notified immediately with an approximate availability date. We will also offer you the opportunity to modify or cancel your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship. Feel free to contact us for a tracking number to track your package online.
We offer FREE USPS First Class shipping within the US. Orders may also be shipped via UPS or FEDEX at our discretion, depending on the circumstances. All packages are insured. Transit time within the US ranges from 2-6 business days.
CANADIAN customers: You will be charged a flat $11 shipping fee. You will still be responsible for any duty or customs charges.
ALASKA, HAWAII, or PUERTO RICO customers: Please contact us for your shipping rates.
EXPRESS, OVERNIGHT or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please contact us for shipping rates. Due to the nature of the international postal system, we are unable to accept any responsibility for delays or loss that occur after we hand your package over to the postal service.

Delivery Damage
If your item came to your doorstep damaged, or if there is a problem with the order, please CONTACT US immediately and we’ll remedy the situation.
Return Policy
You MUST notify us in advance before shipping the product back to us by filling out this RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM
Within 15 days, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we'll replace it or refund your money. If the order was processed correctly, but your order needs have changed, you'll just pay the shipping cost back to us and a nominal flat $5.00 restocking fee. If the return is the result of our error, we will refund the shipping cost and waive the restocking fee.
Please return the unused mouse in its original condition and the original box. Visible use or damage to the product or retail packaging may result in only a partial refund.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of your order being placed, provided that we have not begun processing your order.

Mousenvy.com is located in New Jersey. By law we must charge all of our customers residing in New Jersey a 7% sales tax.

Payments
All credit card transactions are processed through a safe and secure payment gateway. Our shopping cart is powered by Shopify, and payment processing is done entirely through Authorize.net. At no point do we receive or see any of your financial info, such as your credit card details. We receive your order details and your shipping address from the shopify shopping cart and a confirmation of payment from Authorize.net.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
